Alex Spangler is a seasoned professional in the retail real estate industry, specializing in real estate development and tenant representation. With a strong track record of success, Alex has a proven ability to develop market expansion strategies, manage broker networks, oversee construction activities for retail and restaurant projects, and create development strategies to efficiently achieve receipt of permits and develop the highest and best use for a particular site.
In his current role at Alpha Real Estate Advisors, Alex is focused on expanding restaurants and retail footprints, assisting developers in the timely search and execution of a development plan, and adding value to owners looking to maximize the value of their asset. Prior to this, Alex served as the Real Estate Development Manager at Local Kitchens, where they developed a company-wide market expansion strategy based on demographics and city growth dynamics. They also managed an external broker network and oversaw all construction activities from conception through to completion.
Alex's previous experience also includes a role as Project Manager and Director of Leasing at Tallen Capital Partners, LLC. During his tenure, Alex was able to secure a 10-year lease for Crumbl Cookies at the Rossmoor Shopping Center, adding value to the center in addition to shifting the market dynamics in a sought-after market.
