Braden’s academic excellence, a Double Major in Economics and Finance graduating with Honors from Claremont McKenna College, laid the foundation for his entrepreneurial journey. Working full time in Commercial Real Estate while attending university Mr. Crockett became a connoisseur of market dynamics and an advanced strategic thinker. Mr. Crockett's expertise spans a broad spectrum of real estate disciplines serving a wide array of clients ranging from family offices, private equity firms and publicly traded institutions.
His acumen in identifying lucrative opportunities and his prowess in negotiating complex deals have become the cornerstone of his illustrious career having closed over 1,000 transaction sides representing a transactional volume of roughly $1.5B.
