Chris Laskero is an Associate Vice President who specializes in the acquisition and disposition of net-leased assets. Mr. Laskero’s singular focus is to advise landlord’s, institutions, private equity firms, REITs, and developers regarding these types of properties nation-wide. Mr. Laskero’s experience stems from a variety of transactions involving sale-leasebacks, net lease investment sales, business sales, and advisory assignments. Throughout his career, Mr. Laskero has been directly responsible for playing an integral role in both new business and strategy development in which he has successfully completed over 200 transactions exceeding 500 million dollars’ worth of real estate value.
In addition, Mr. Laskero has recently entered mergers and acquisitions involving primarily business sales focused on the franchisee space. He enjoys advising his clients by listening to their goals and aspirations, while managing expectations from start-to-finish. He excels in helping operations grow strategically from roll-up acquisitions to second generational retrofits, as well as site acquisitions for ground-up developments.
Mr. Laskero earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance Analytics with an emphasis in Real Estate Foundations from Texas Christian University’s Neeley School of Business and currently resides in Dallas.
