Katelen Weisenberger began her career clerking in real estate litigation with a focus in trial and contractual matters. After obtaining her Juris Doctor, she directed the business development program at an INC. 500 software company, where she helped it more than quadruple in size. Soon after, Katelen pivoted into the Regional Vice President Role for Kingsbarn Real Estate Capital, specializing in 1031 Exchanges, Delaware Statutory Trusts, private placement, capital raising and asset management.
With over a decade in real estate, Katelen has gained deep expertise in investment sales, financial analysis, contract negotiation and investor relations. She has worked with a variety of clients, including institutional investors, private equity firms, and high-net-worth individuals, successfully closing over $50 million in placement across multiple asset classes. Katelen is dedicated to building strong relationships and adding value to all she encounters.
Apart from her real estate endeavors she enjoys traveling abroad, curling up with a good book, and spending time with her husband and two rambunctious dogs, Oliver and Sebastian.
